What are the box office hours?

Ticketing is handled by BCC personnel Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM. The box office opens for ticket pickup and ticket sales one hour prior to showtime.

How are tickets delivered?

Website ticketing offers a “print at home” option in which the tickets will be emailed. Tickets can also be held at will-call for pickup one hour prior to showtime.

Does the BCC take Credit Cards?

The BCC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Can tickets be reserved?

Tickets cannot be reserved. All tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase.

How can I get a refund on my tickets?

Tickets are not refundable. Tickets may be exchanged if the tickets are for another performance of the same show. The tickets can only be exchanged for tickets of equal or greater value.

What if I have a disability and require special assistance?

What time do the venue doors open?

The main doors and box office will open one hour prior to showtime.

Are cameras allowed inside the venue?

The permitted use of cameras varies by event, however, cameras with professional lenses, detachable lenses or detachable flashes are prohibited. The use of video cameras, audio recording devices and digital cameras in video mode is strictly prohibited, and will result in confiscation and possible ejection from the venue. These are general rules and can be overridden based on a specific request from the attraction or promoter.

Can I smoke at the event?

Smoking inside the facility is strictly prohibited. There are designated areas outside of the facility for smoking.

Can I bring my animal to an outdoor event?

Animals are not allowed at the venue for indoor or outdoor events with the exception of service animals.

Is alcohol served at the event?

Depending on the event, alcohol may be served at city-sponsored events by Proof of the Pudding Catering.
Georgia state law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Therefore, guests will be required to show valid identification when buying alcoholic beverages. All guests who are identified as being under the age of 21 and in possession of alcohol will be turned over to Gwinnett Police Department.
Please remember that it is illegal to drive under the influence of an intoxicant or to consume alcoholic beverages while driving.
