LOCASH is a Country music duo made up of singer-songwriters Chris Lucas and Preston Brust, natives of Baltimore, Maryland, and Indianapolis, Indiana, respectively. With a sound that fuses modern Country and classic heartland Rock with an edgy vocal blend, the independently-minded partners are revered as “one of Nashville’s hardest-working acts” (Rolling Stone) whose live show “has consistently been among the most energetic and entertaining in the country music genre” (Billboard). With two albums and eight charting singles to their credit, LOCASH broke out in 2015 with their gracious GOLD-certified hit, “I Love This Life,” followed by the flirtatious GOLD-certified #1 smash, “I Know Somebody” – their first trip to the top of the Country radio airplay charts – and 2017’s fun-loving romantic anthem “Ring on Every Finger.” All three singles were part of their Reviver Records album debut, THE FIGHTERS, which was released in the summer of 2016 to Top 15 success. The follow up to THE FIGHTERS is expected in 2018, with the forthcoming album’s first single “Don’t Get Better Than That” available now on all digital platforms. As songwriters, Lucas and Brust have scored two undeniable hits (Keith Urban’s #1 “You Gonna Fly” in 2011 and Tim McGraw’s PLATINUM-certified “Truck Yeah” in 2012). In 2017, they earned their first round of awards show recognition, nominated at the ACM Awards for New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year, the CMT Music Awards for Duo Video of the Year (“I Know Somebody”), and the CMA Awards for Vocal Duo of the Year.
Country singer-songwriter Michael Ray was a hit right out of the box, scoring both with critics and on the charts. With Country Aircheck boasting there are “big things on the horizon for Michael Ray” and his live shows lauded by USA Today as simply “lip-smacking good,” the Florida native backed up that praise with two number ones from his 2015 self-titled debut album with “Kiss You in the Morning” and “Think a Little Less.” His sophomore album, Amos, named for his grandfather and produced by the legendary Scott Hendricks (Alan Jackson, Faith Hill, Blake Shelton) will be released June 1. The album has already spawned the hit single “Get to You,” now climbing the Billboard charts and praised by Rolling Stone for its “impassioned chorus” and Ray’s impressive vocal range. Inspired by his rescue dog Wrigley, Ray also recently launched the charitable initiative Wrigley Cares: Helping Animals in Need, collecting donations for local animal shelters at every stop on his “Get To You” Tour. This summer Ray hits the road to play a variety of shows and festivals including Carolina Country Music Fest 2018 with Luke Bryan, Zac Brown Band and Cole Swindell.
THE CADILLAC THREE is rapidly becoming known for their high-energy shows and gritty musical instincts. With opening slots on Superstar tours and sold-out stops across Europe, the trio of Nashville natives were named the UK Classic Rock Roll of Honour Awards Best New Band and one of the 10 New Artists You Need to Know by Rolling Stone Country. Jaren Johnston (Guitar & Lead Vocals), Kelby Ray (Bass Steel Guitar, Dobro, Acoustic & Vocals) and Neil Mason (Drums, Percussion & Vocals) have weathered wild adventures as a Country group with a rockin’ edge and epitomize their self-described “country fuzz” sound with their Big Machine Records singles “The South,” featuring Florida Georgia Line, Dierks Bentley and Mike Eli (Eli Young Band) and “Party Like You.” CMT’s Samantha Stephens proclaims, “Sometimes you hear a song and it stops you in your tracks. That’s kind of what happened the first time I heard ‘White Lightning,’…” Available now on iTunes, Rolling Stone calls TC3’s latest offering, “…a smoldering ballad an unflinching look at love through the eyes of a Southern boy. […] a compact bit of ear candy.” The band’s talents extend into songwriting, garnering #1 hits for Keith Urban, Tim McGraw and Jake Owen as well as album cuts for Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts and Miranda Lambert, among others. Jaren was nominated for two GRAMMY Awards: Best Country Song (“Meanwhile Back at Mama’s”) and Best Country Album (RISER |Dierks Bentley) and an ACM nod for Album of The Year (RISER | Dierks Bentley) while the band was up for Vocal Event of the Year (“The South”). With a raw sound like no other, the buzz-worthy trio has appeared on ABC’s hit drama “NASHVILLE” and their music has been featured on “CSI Miami” and two CW shows – “Vampire Diaries” and “Hart Of Dixie.” After touring in Europe together last year, TC3 opened select dates on Eric Church’s spring tour in addition to their own AVIATORS AND RADIATORS headline club shows and stops with Lee Brice’s COLLEGE TOUR.
THE DANIEL LEE BAND
For some, the love of music begins in the church choir. For others, it begins in a school band. But for artist Daniel Lee, a love for music began in his grandma’s kitchen. “Songwriting was how my grandma and I connected. There were so many days I’d sit in that kitchen, writing songs with my grandma while she cooked.” More than the invaluable time spent with a loved one, the experience set the stage for Lee’s great passion in life: songwriting. And after years of trying to find his sound – described by Lee as “not country, not rock, but southern…” – his release of upcoming album Somewhere in the Woods is the perfect example of an artist hitting their artistic stride. “I’ve tried my hand at several genres – rock, metal, hick hop – but I’m a Georgia boy, as country as cornbread. Country music is my calling.”
